Push-ups with a smile?

Are push-ups something you struggle with?

If doing a few push-ups from your knees feels difficult (and, frankly, “no fun!”) give these wall push-ups a try and let me know what you think!

How about taking a quick break and giving these a try right now?

Work up to doing 15 at a time and then adjust as described in the video. You may start out with just one or two, that’s okay! If you do these consistently (2-3 days a week, not on consecutive days) you’ll soon feel the difference!
