 Beginner Strength Training for Every Body!

45 minutes of laughter and strength building

Classes at Chehalem Physical Therapy are currently:

-Mon/Wed  8:30am (Full)

-Wed/Fri  1pm:

We begin with a feel good full body warm up (Click here for my YouTube video) followed by strength exercises that use body weight, free weights and other equipment to help you find exercises that you enjoy and feel good to your body. You’ll leave feeling like your whole body has been engaged and feels better. Each person goes at their own pace and has their own exercises as needed. I’m there to guide and remind and alter as needed. I welcome your feedback, questions and requests. Things are ever evolving based on what you need and how you’re feeling each day.

Gentle Strength and Movement for those with chronic conditions and injury’s/illness’s that have been cleared for a gentle class.

Would Mon/Wed. 9:30am be a good time for a class? Let me know!

If you have a group that would like a different time let me know as I’d love to start a new class!

 

$10 per class or $70 for 8 classes (expires after 2 months).

 

Hi! If you don’t know yet, I’m Gillian, an ACE certified personal trainer. My goal is to help you move your body in ways that feel good, safe and supportive so you can move with more ease and joy! Helping you feel and function better in everyday life or whatever other activity goals you may have.

These classes meet you where you are and encourage going at your own pace!

As a body positive trainer my focus is on helping your body feel and function better without any focus on changing your weight.
