One of my favorite things to hear is how much better people feel at the end of class even when they showed up feeling not so great. Perhaps you’ve seen or experienced pushing yourself with exercise in ways that really don’t feel good? Did you know that you can ease into movement in ways that actually feel good!?
These classes involve standing and sitting as is comfortable for you. No getting up and down from the floor. We’ll do an extended feel good warm up and as you’re ready for it some gentle strength training personalized for each person in class. We end with some stretches and other relaxing options. Come ease into movement so you can feel and function better!
I offer these classes online, so you can ease into movement from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a good internet connection and a computer/tablet or even a phone with a video camera and mic.
It’s always recommended to check with your Dr. before beginning new exercise. Before your first class I’ll need a signed waiver and a brief health questionnaire filled out.
These are body positive classes. All body types are welcome and celebrated here! This is a safe place free from negative body and weight loss talk. A place to focus on what you can do right now 🙂
After your first free class if you want to continue the cost is $42 dollars for 8, 20 min. classes.
Current class times are:
3pm Pacific Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you know 3 other people that want to attend a class at a different time I’d love to get other class times started!
