Online Basic Strength Classes

your body is enough! A place free of negative body talk. A place to enjoy what you CAN do.

 

With Mindfully Active you can do this in the comfort of your home!

 

If you have a good internet connection, web camera (what comes with most laptops, tablets and phones is fine), a sturdy chair (no wheels) and a little space we can get started! Some wall space and weights or bands are very helpful, but not required. I’m also happy to incorporate other equipment you may have if it can flow with the others in the class.

Class Flow:
-A feel good warm up similar to this one.

– Strength exercises for your whole body which will involve sitting, standing and getting on and off the floor. These will be personalized for each person to help you find what you enjoy and feels good to your body!

– Cool down stretches tailored to your body

 

Current class time is 5:30-6:15pm Pacific Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Classes are $10 each or 8 classes (2x a week) for $75.

Check with your primary care provider before beginning any new exercise. A waiver and questionnaire are required before attending any classes.
