Working with me one on one is a highly personalized experience that meets you where you are. Together we create a strength program that feels good and builds your strength and stamina so you can do the activities that bring you pleasure.

A 45 minute session is $50 and a 20 min. session is $25. I usually recommend starting with a few 45 min. sessions so we can be thorough. Package pricing is available.

FAQ

Q. I’m looking for a HAES® friendly personal trainer. Are you familiar with HAES®?

A. YES! I am a Health At Every Size® personal trainer and ASDAH member. I’ve signed the pledge here. (Check out the pledge link if you are unfamiliar with HAES® and want to learn more.) If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out. HAES® can be a confusing concept and sometimes people put it into practice in slightly different ways. I’m happy to talk with you about how it affects my training.

 

Q.  What equipment do I need to buy?

A.  I will give suggestions for a variety of home exercise equipment that can be very helpful and make things more efficient and fun! But there is no requirement to buy anything.

 

Q.  How much time will I need to commit to exercise outside of our sessions?

A.  Exercise commitment outside of our sessions will vary based on YOU. I find that doing at least a little each day (even just a few minutes) really pays off. I’ll give you guidance for however long works best for you, be it 5 or 60 minutes.

Q. None of the times for the Tea and Exploration call work for me?

A. Send me an e-mail (Gillian@mindfullyactive.com) and let me know what time zone you’re in and what times will work! I’ll get back to you ASAP and let you know if we can work something out 🙂

 

Q. Can I do this with a friend?

A.  Yes! A 45 min. session is $60 for 2 people that are needing roughly the same type of exercises. Package pricing available.
